In terms of delivery, 10/10, even though I ordered the bouquet 3 weeks ago, there were no problems, everything was very formal. The only detail is that….honestly what they delivered didn't look much like what I ordered :( ———————— Update: After posting my review, Olga contacted me, and I'm incredibly impressed with her customer service and kindness. She sent me a photo of how my bouquet came out. I forgot to mention that Olga did indeed kindly add more flowers, and the quality was top-notch! I can honestly say with complete confidence that I would order from Hollywoodbloom again, so I'm happy to change my rating to 5 stars.
