At Hollywood Blooms, we take great care in preparing every arrangement with fresh, high-quality flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for delivered floral arrangements. Exchanges are available for items that are defective or delivered incorrectly.
However, if your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To assist you quickly, we may ask for a photo of the item. If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation.
